At Averonix Forge, we understand that your evening gown is for a special moment that cannot wait. We are committed to delivering your "Stellar Gown" with the highest level of care and efficiency.

1. Free Global Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum purchase is required. We believe luxury should be accessible, and that includes getting your dress to your door without extra fees.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak gala or prom seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

While we offer free shipping, the delivery time depends on your location:

  • Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days.

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on customs clearance).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or courier service disruptions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your gown’s journey from our forge to your doorstep.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Averonix Forge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Averonix Forge is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, because we value our customers, please also notify us at contact@averonixforgellc.com so we can assist you through the process.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at contact@averonixforgellc.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
