Once your gown has been "forged" and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account or emailing contact@averonixforgellc.com with your order number.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@averonixforgellc.com. Because we prioritize fast processing, we cannot change the address once the gown has been dispatched.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do? If your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact our support team at contact@averonixforgellc.com. Please ensure your address was entered correctly, as we cannot be responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping details.

How do I find my correct size?
Since evening wear requires a precise fit, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up, as a gown can be easily tailored down for a custom fit.
Are the products ready to ship?
Yes, all items listed as "In Stock" are ready to ship. We perform a rigorous quality check on every gown before it leaves our forge.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If your gown isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The gown must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
My gown arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great pride in our quality, but if an item arrives defective, please email photos to contact@averonixforgellc.com immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
